Registration

• How do I join?

  Just click on the 'Sign up now' button on the left and complete the simple application form.

• How long before I can start referring?

  You will be contacted within three working days and providing that your application is successful you’ll be ready to start making money as soon as you publish your links. You will be allocated your own referral URL so that we accurately track the players that are referred by you.

• Is there a set up fee?

  The Gala Coral Affiliate Programme is absolutely free to join and there are no running costs for you.

• Can I participate in any other Affiliate programmes?

  Yes, you are free to participate on any other affiliate Programmes.

• Can I register more than one website?

  Yes, if your application is successful you can register multiple websites in your account. You will also receive individual tracking links for each site so you can track their performance

• Does Gala Coral accept all websites?

  We review each application individually and evaluate whether or not we deem its nature or content suitable for the GC Affiliate Programme.

• What are Restricted Territories?

  These are territories from which, for legal and licensing reasons, we do not accept Player registrations e.g. Italy, USA, France and Turkey. If you have any queries regarding this please do not hesitate to contact us.

Affiliate Programme

• What does the GC Affiliate Programme website provide?

  Once you are a registered affiliate, we will provide you with a personal login to our specially tailored Affiliate website. Here you will be able to access a wide range of marketing tools that you can use to promote Gala Coral and optimise your performance and increase the revenue you can earn. You will also have access to a range of comprehensive reports and statistics showing views, clicks, registrations and revenue.

• How often are your personal affiliate statistics updated?

  Your views, clicks and registrations will be updated close to real time. Revenue statistics are updated every 24 hours.

Your Affiliate Website

• How does Gala Coral know that someone has registered via my site/recommendation?

  We determine whether a player has registered via your site/recommendation by tracking your unique Affiliate ID. When a player links through to one of Gala Coral’s sites via one of the links we have provided you with, a cookie is dropped on their computer. This cookie contains your Affiliate ID. When that player registers for an account with Gala Coral, you will be credited with the referral.

• How long is the cookie duration?

  The cookie duration is 30 days. This means that a referred player could navigate away from Gala Coral and providing that they return and register within 30 days, they will still be credited to your Affiliate Account.

Earnings and Payments

• Is there a minimum amount before I get paid?

  Yes, you will need to generate a minimum of £50 commission for your business before you will be paid. If you don’t manage to generate £50 in a month your balance will roll over into the next month. If you do not want to receive a payment at the end of the month you must notify the Gala Coral Affiliate Team before the end of the current month so we can postpone your payment.

• Do I need to tell Gala Coral that I am tax registered?

  Yes, you must declare this on the registration form. One of our Affiliate Managers will then contact you vie email to request you sign our self-billing agreement and provide appropriate documentation. Further details regarding self-billing can be found on the UK HMRC website www.hmrc.gov.uk. 

Receiving Payment

• When will I be paid?

  Affiliates will be paid within 30 days of the end of the month or 30 days from when the invoice is received. If you have only just reached the minimum payout threshold of £50 - please allow an extra 30 days for your first payment whilst we set you up with a payment account.

• How am I paid?

  You will be paid monthly, at the end of every month you will be sent a remittance advice e-mail confirming your payment has been made.

• Do I need to send an invoice to Gala Coral?

  No, we will ask you to sign our self-bill agreement and then we will send you via e-mail automatic self-bill invoices along with your remittance every month. Your only requirement will be to account for VAT and pay HMRC. Further details regarding self billing can be found on the UK HMRC website www.hmrc.gov.uk. If you are not tax registered you do not need to do anything and you will receive your payment automatically.

• How can I check how much I will get paid?

  You can log into your account at anytime to view how much you will be paid and how much you have been paid for previous periods.

• Can I earn commission on more than one brand and product?

  You will earn commission on all GC brands and products. We have 12 products across 3 brands.

• May I use the Gala Coral Group and all its brand logos and content on my website?

  Once you are a registered affiliate, you will have access to a wide range of marketing material including The Gala Coral logos and a large database of banners. You must not alter or create your own banners without the permission of Gala Coral. All sites displaying GC links or content must be registered within the Affiliate Programme website.

Negative Revenues/Carryover

• What happens in case of negative revenues?

  There is no negative balance carryover. Any negative balances are reset to zero at the start each month. When a player wins money at an online casino, they generate negative revenue, which translates into negative commissions for affiliates. Gala Coral does not carryover this negative balance and resets an affiliate's commission balance to zero at the beginning of the next month. The account will start fresh and affiliates can profit from their promotional efforts, disregarding any previous negative balance.
